Duration: All consultations (in-person or online) last 1 hour.
- Treatment Plan: After the first consultation, a personalized treatment plan for 3 months will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours.

Classical Homeopathy:
A natural and holistic therapy that addresses physical, emotional, and mental symptoms, stimulating the patient's vital force to restore health in a natural and complete way.
Advantages: Safe, effective, no toxic effects, can be used with conventional medication.
- Integrated Homeopathy:
It combines homeopathy with other approaches (conventional medicine, complementary practices, TCM), aiming for a complete treatment that considers body, mind and vital energy.
Diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM):
Assessment of energy balance through observation, auscultation, palpation, and analysis of habits and emotions.
Techniques used: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Moxibustion, Auriculotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Acupuncture:
Stimulation of specific points (meridians) to balance vital energy (Qi), promoting pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, and addressing issues such as immunity, fertility, menopausal symptoms, allergies, digestive, urinary, emotional, and other problems.
- Seitai Oriental:
Japanese manual therapy for musculoskeletal rebalancing, immediate pain relief, postural alignment, and prevention of future imbalances.
Tui Na Massage:
Chinese massage for energy rebalancing, pain relief, orthopedic problems, muscle disorders, insomnia, PMS, respiratory and reproductive problems, body restoration and stress reduction. Also suitable for children.
- Cupping therapy:
Cupping therapy is used to improve blood circulation, promote relaxation, and relieve pain, inflammation, muscle tension, and tension points, offering benefits for overall health and also applicable in aesthetics.
Chinese Dietetics:
Development of individualized meal plans aimed at energy balance, prevention and treatment of various conditions, improvement of well-being and quality of life according to the seasons and prioritizing seasonal foods.
- Rehabilitation Massage Integrated with Posturology:
Therapeutic massage and postural analysis for injury recovery, correction of imbalances, injury prevention, and promotion of biomechanical balance.

How can I schedule an appointment?
You can easily schedule your appointment through our online booking system. Simply go to BOOK APPOINTMENT, choose the type of appointment (First or Follow-up) and the modality (In-person or Online), select the date and time, fill in your details and confirm. Please fill in the appointment details with your information. This is very important so you can receive notifications.
What types of appointments can I book online?
You can schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments for both homeopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both modalities are available in person and online.
How long does the consultation last?
Consultations last 1 hour.
How do I know that my appointment has been successfully confirmed?
After completing your booking, you will see a confirmation message on the screen. Additionally, you will immediately receive an email and an SMS with all the details of your appointment. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not find the email in your inbox.
I need to change or cancel my appointment. How do I do that?
To change or cancel your appointment, please use the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" links found in the confirmation email and SMS you received. The process is automatic and very simple.
1. Cancellation or Change More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without charge or penalty, provided that the change is made to the schedule at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us through the usual dialing channels (WhatsApp).
2. Cancellation or Change with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice:
- If the cancellation or request to change the appointment is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full amount of the appointment fee will be due.
- This measure aims to compensate for the time slot that was reserved and could not be made available to another patient.
Will I receive a reminder about my appointment?
Yes. For your convenience, our system automatically sends a reminder via email and SMS 24 hours before your appointment.
I can't find a job opening that fits my schedule. What can I do?
The job openings displayed on the online system are updated in real time. If you cannot find a convenient date or time, please contact us directly. We will do our best to find a solution.
You can contact us by clicking the WhatsApp button in the bottom right corner and we will respond as soon as possible.
Through which platform are online consultations conducted?
For online consultations, you will receive a link to the video call session in the confirmation email or in an email sent before the consultation time. It's a simple process and doesn't require complex program installation.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
We request your punctuality. In case of delay, the consultation will last for the remaining time, so as not to inconvenience subsequent patients. The tolerance for delays is 10 minutes. Delays exceeding this period may be considered a no-show.
What happens if I don't show up at the scheduled time and place for my appointment?

- Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in full payment of the appointment fee.
