You can schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments for both homeopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both modalities are available in person and online.

How do I know that my appointment has been successfully confirmed?

After completing your booking, you will see a confirmation message on the screen. Additionally, you will immediately receive an email and an SMS with all the details of your appointment. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not find the email in your inbox.

I need to change or cancel my appointment. How do I do that?

To change or cancel your appointment, please use the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" links found in the confirmation email and SMS you received. The process is automatic and very simple. 1. Cancellation or Change More Than 24 Hours in Advance: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without charge or penalty, provided that the change is made to the schedule at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time. The job openings displayed on the online system are updated in real time. If you cannot find a convenient date or time, please contact us directly. We will do our best to find a solution.

Through which platform are online consultations conducted?

For online consultations, you will receive a link to the video call session in the confirmation email or in an email sent before the consultation time. It's a simple process and doesn't require complex program installation.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

We request your punctuality. In case of delay, the consultation will last for the remaining time, so as not to inconvenience subsequent patients. The tolerance for delays is 10 minutes. Delays exceeding this period may be considered a no-show.
